Salih Onur Basat, geboren am 5. Juni 1980 in Mersin, schloss 2005 sein Studium an der Medizinischen Fakultät “Medicine in English” der Universität Istanbul Cerrahpaşa ab. Salih Onur Basat, der 2011 seine Facharztausbildung an der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Istanbul „Plastische, Rekonstruktive und Ästhetische Chirurgie“ absolvierte, absolvierte zwischen 2012 und 2014 seine staatliche Dienstpflicht als Facharzt im Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital Plastic, Reconstructive und Abteilung für ästhetische Chirurgie durchgeführt. Salih Onur Basat, der seither im öffentlichen Sektor tätig ist, hat in dieser Zeit wissenschaftliche Studien in vielen führenden nationalen und internationalen Zeitschriften und Kongressen veröffentlicht.
